On March 8, 2021, the Geophysical Division solemnly held the Conference of Deputies of Officials and Employees in 2021.
Participants in the Conference included natural delegates (Leaders of the Federation, Secretary of the Union’s Party Committee, Chairman of the Union’s Trade Union, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, heads of units, heads of functional departments. , head of the People’s Inspection Committee, head of the Women’s Union Committee) and elected delegates from grassroots units representing officials and employees throughout the Union.
The conference was also honored to welcome representatives of the Board of Directors and functional departments of the General Department of Geology and Minerals of Vietnam, including: Mr. Nguyen Van Nguyen – Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the General Department; Mr. Bui Thi Mai Lan – Vice President of Trade Union; Mr. Tong Tien Dinh – Deputy Director of Financial Planning Department; Mr. Do Duc Thang – Deputy Chief of Office; Mr. Dang Quang Khai – Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel.
Under the chairmanship of the Presidium, the 2021 Conference of Officials and Employees of the Geophysics Federation was a great success. Delegates attending the Conference enthusiastically discussed and contributed ideas for the Report on Summary of Work in 2020 and directions and tasks for 2021. The Conference also listened to and absorbed ideas. closely directed by the Deputy General Director and the Vice Chairman of the General Department’s Trade Union, and at the same time approved the draft Resolution of the Conference.
The conference elected the People’s Inspection Committee for the 2021-2023 term, consisting of 07 comrades.
All leaders, officials and employees in the Union are determined to strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks in 2021, contributing to making the Union more and more stable and developed.
