Following the direction of the Party Committee of the General Department of Geology and Minerals of Vietnam in Official Dispatch No. 130-KH/DU dated June 12, 2020 and the Party Committee of the Southern Geophysical division in Dispatch No. 18-KH/DU dated July 16, 2020 on the Plan to study and master the contents of the 12th Plenum of the 12th Central Committee of the Party, and Resolution No. 55-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the orientation of the National Energy Development Strategy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
