From September 6 to 8, 2019, the Geophysical Division organized a field inspection team of the component project “Investigation and assessment of tin-wolfram ore in Nghe An province” under the Project ” General investigation of minerals and completion of the geological map of 1:50,000 scale of the Northwest region to serve the socio-economic sustainable development planning by the Ground Geophysical Union.
Members of the Inspection Team include: Mr. Lai Manh Giau – Federation chief, Mr. Hoang Van Long – Deputy Head of Confederation, Mr. Nguyen Van Suu – Head of Technical Department, Mr. Phan Duc Le – Specialist of Technical Department and the leader of the unit. construction site. This is the task of the Geological Federation of North Central Vietnam, and the Geophysical Division coordinates to carry out the geophysical construction (deep measurement of excited polarization images and depth measurements from Tellua).
To perform the task, the construction unit used equipment including: Excitation polarization measurement station with ELREC Pro receiver combined with VIP 10,000 transmitter manufactured by IRIS (France); Universal electromagnetic station manufactured by AGCOS (Canada). This is the most modern system of geophysical equipment and machines newly invested by the Geological Physics Federation, with large capacity and high accuracy, meeting the goal of deep research up to 500m (only measured from tellua). can be studied to a depth of tens of kilometers).
